Practical Ways to Use NLP & Breathwork Together

You don’t have to be an expert to start using these tools in your daily life. Here are some easy practices you can start today:

1️⃣ Reframe & Release (Morning Routine)

  • Step 1: Identify a limiting belief (e.g., "I’m not capable of this.")

  • Step 2: Reframe it into a new belief (e.g., "I am capable and prepared for success.")

  • Step 3: Take a deep breath in and repeat the new belief.

  • Step 4: Exhale and let go of the old belief.

2️⃣ Anchoring Confidence (Before a Big Event or Meeting)

  • Step 1: Recall a moment when you felt powerful and confident.

  • Step 2: Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and visualize yourself in that moment.

  • Step 3: On your next inhale, squeeze your fist or touch your heart to "anchor" that feeling.

  • Step 4: Repeat this before any event where you need to feel powerful.

3️⃣ Breathwork to Calm the Nervous System (Anytime Stress Hits)

  • Step 1: Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds.

  • Step 2: Hold for 4 seconds.

  • Step 3: Exhale slowly for 6-8 seconds.

  • Step 4: Repeat until you feel centered and clear-headed.
