MOVE WITH INTENTION™ | EVENT & RETREAT POLICY

Move with Intention™ is committed to delivering transformational experiences of the highest standard. To ensure clarity and collaboration, the following policies apply:

Booking & Payment

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm retreat bookings.
Balance: The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the event start date.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations on our behalf
- More than 30 days' notice: A full refund of all paid amounts will be issued, or the deposit transferable to a future event within 12 months. Less than 30 days' notice: Deposit forfeited.

Travel & Accommodation for Facilitators

Hosting venues are responsible for providing or reimbursing:

Round-trip travel for facilitators (Help arranging ground transportation).
Private accommodations for each facilitator.
On-site hospitality (meals, beverages, housekeeping services, access to facilities).

Intellectual Property

All MOVE Method™ frameworks, exercises, teachings, and retreat materials are proprietary to Move with Intention™. No recording, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain a respectful, safe, and conscious environment aligned with the standards of the venue and the transformational space. Move with Intention™ reserves the right to dismiss any guest whose behavior disrupts the group experience. No outside guests may join retreat activities unless there is an agreement and discussion had by owners and venue before the retreat.

Health & Safety

Assumption of Risk: Participants engage in all activities voluntarily and are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the retreat.
Medical Conditions: Participants must inform Move with Intention™ of any medical conditions or limitations prior to the retreat.
Insurance: Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel and health insurance. Move with Intention is ensured for Liability and Professional Liability.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the retreat will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of enhancing the retreat experience.

Force Majeure

Move with Intention™ is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
