MOVE Method™ frameworks and models

Licensing of proprietary MWI materials (via separate written agreement only)

All content on www.wearemovewithintention.com, affiliated social channels, newsletters, marketing emails, and downloadable materials

Trademarks, taglines, logos, visual branding

are owned exclusively by MOVE WITH INTENTION LLC.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use content for your own learning and growth

You may NOT:

Teach, license, or distribute MWI frameworks under your name or brand
Repackage or sell any MWI materials
Claim affiliation with MWI unless explicitly granted by licensing agreement

6. DISCLAIMERS - NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

MOVE WITH INTENTION™ provides tools, education, and mentorship. Your results will vary based on your personal effort, experience, and circumstances.

We do not guarantee any specific:

Business growth
Financial outcome
Health transformation
Personal or leadership results

MWI does not offer medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. Our content is for educational purposes only.

7. LICENSING & USE OF PROPRIETARY METHODS

No license is granted to use MOVE WITH INTENTION™ proprietary methods, frameworks, or content in your own business without a separate, signed Licensing Agreement.

You may not:

Market yourself as a “Certified MOVE WITH INTENTION™ Coach”
Offer MOVE Method™ trainings without our license
Use MWI materials in corporate trainings without our consent

All such use is strictly protected under U.S. and international IP law.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

Your own implementation of the tools taught
Compliance with laws and regulations
Managing your own business, clients, and personal outcomes
Seeking appropriate legal, financial, or psychological counsel where needed

9. LIVE EVENTS & RETREATS - ADDITIONAL TERMS

Event participation is subject to separate waiver agreements and terms, provided prior to the event.

By registering for an event, you agree to follow all provided safety and conduct guidelines, and acknowledge that physical activities may carry inherent risks.

10. TESTIMONIALS & MEDIA USAGE

You grant MWI permission to use testimonials, photos, videos, and feedback you provide for marketing and educational purposes across any media.

You waive claims to royalties or future compensation for this use.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MOVE WITH INTENTION™ shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, income, data, or opportunities
Any claims exceeding the amount paid to MWI within the prior 30 days

All Services are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranty.

12. BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree that any dispute with MWI will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania.

You waive the right to:

Jury trial
Class action lawsuits
Claims brought in any jurisdiction outside Pennsylvania

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MWI, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Venue for any arbitration or permitted legal claim will be in Pennsylvania (ZIP 18801).

15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

MOVE WITH INTENTION™ may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions to this Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional event agreements or licenses, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOVE WITH INTENTION LLC.
