With Lacey and Iván, founders of Move With Intention®.

Illustration: a woman sits at her kitchen table at dusk beside a closed laptop, looking out the window.

You've closed the laptop. Are you still at work?

  • You're having dinner, but part of you is replaying a conversation.
  • You have an evening to yourself, but you check your phone in case someone needs you.
  • You finish one decision and immediately start thinking about the next.

Even when the day goes well, it can feel unfinished.

What keeps pulling your attention back after work is done?

An unresolved decision? A sense that you should be doing more? The feeling that everything depends on you?

You've built something that matters. You want to give the rest of your life that same attention.

Give the end of your workday some intention.

When you carry responsibility for a business, a team, or important outcomes, there will often be something left to do.

Waiting until everything is finished can leave very little room for an evening that feels like your own.

In this workshop, you'll look at what keeps work active in your mind and practice deciding what needs action, what can wait, and how you'll return to it.

The aim is to build a clearer transition between the responsibilities you carry and the life you want to be present for.

What we'll work on together

01

Recognize what keeps you mentally at work.

Identify a recurring situation that pulls you back into work after your day has ended, and explore how you usually respond.

02

Practice a clear end of day routine.

Work through a guided exercise to capture an unfinished concern, decide its next step, and choose when you'll return to it.

03

Make it work in your real life.

Choose one change to practice over the next seven days, taking your responsibilities and genuine availability requirements into account.

Your takeaway: a first version of your own workday closing routine, built around a situation you're actually dealing with.

Bring one real situation. We'll work through it together.

During this 50 minute live workshop, Lacey and Iván will guide you through reflection, a practical exercise, and time for questions.

Bring something to write on and think of a recent evening when work followed you home. You'll use that example to build your routine during the session.

You can keep your reflections private. Sharing with the group is optional.

Meet Lacey and Iván

We're the founders of Move With Intention®.

Our work focuses on established business owners and leaders who recognize that the way they lead, perform, and live needs to evolve as their responsibilities grow.

Lacey brings a focus on connection, perspective, and experiential learning. Iván brings a focus on strategy, structure, and practical action.

Together, we'll help you examine a familiar pattern and turn that awareness into a step you can practice in daily life.

What would you like to be more present for?

A conversation you can follow without checking your phone. An evening doing something you enjoy. Time with your family. A quiet moment to yourself.

Choose one moment that matters to you. Use it as the reason to practice the routine you build in this workshop.

Your first opportunity to try it can be the next time you finish work.

A few things you may be wondering

Is this workshop for me?

It's designed for established business owners and leaders with meaningful responsibility who find it difficult to mentally step away from work. Come ready to reflect on your own experience and try a practical exercise.

What if I genuinely need to stay available?

We'll account for that. Your routine can include clarifying what requires your attention, what can wait, and when you need to check back in.

Do I need any previous experience?

You can join without any previous coaching or personal development experience. Bring a real example and something to write on.

Will I have to share personal information with the group?

Sharing is optional. You can work through the exercise privately and choose whether to ask a question.

Is it really free?

Yes. The workshop is free to attend. At the end, we'll briefly explain how you can explore working with Move With Intention® if you'd like further support. Taking that next step is optional.

Make room for what comes after work.
